We sell and service microscopes for all applications from middle/high school level microscopes to industrial microscopes to high end fluorescence research microscopes. You will see many microscopes that look identical in a picture. With some of these if you know what to look for you can tell that two microscopes you are comparing are not the same. Unfortunately some are 100% identical in a picture, but when you get a hands on feel, or look through the instrument you begin to see the differences.
